  Great location, nice amenities. Parking fees are very expensive. I would have given five stars but my suite wasn’t ready at time of check-in. In fact, they didn’t even begin to clean it until I showed up. Very inconvenient as I had timed all of my appointments for that day, which put me an hour and a half behind. They apologized but nothing else. Also, the rooms don’t accommodate (comfortably) as many people as they advertise.

  We stayed in a studio which contains a queen size bed a sitting area with large TV and a kitchen plus bathroom. They were floor-to-ceiling windows in the room. The only thing missing were drawers for clothes. My husband put his clothing in the kitchen cabinets and I kept mine in my suitcase. The amenities on the seventh floor are beautiful. We had one issue. I forgot to mention. The water in our shower was hot where is said cold and cold where is said hot. That should be fixed.

  Absolutely perfect for a cheap spring break getaway. Definitely not suited for a large family but for someone looking just for a single room, it's great. We didn't feel we needed a maid service or other fancy amenities. Just be sure to read the description before you decide if it's right for you. Overall, I loved it and will definitely be coming back.

  Staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. They offered restaurant recommendations and "tourist" info. Valet was easy and service was exemplary. Suite far exceeded expectations, we were on an upper floor and the view was incredible. Price was very fair. We had 4 ladies in the suite and had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again and recommend without hesitation.

  Two stars for central location and progressive check-in experience. Amenities/services (or lack thereof) were below par for the price in Nashville. No staff present in the AM for checkout to confirm bill so needed to leave keys with condo concierge. Thin walls and a loud family was unfortunately staying next door during my stay; obviously not the hotel’s fault. For the same price, get a hotel with cleaning, stocked room, and appropriate volume of dedicated staff. I’ll never stay here unless work pays, again.
