  Location was great. Walkable to Broadway street. Nice hotel bar. Only complaint is no mini fridge in my room

  Excellent hotel. Be advised that the lifts go up the inside of the main hotel and are glass. 26 floors. We were on the 23rd. Scared of heights, go for a lower floor or don't look down. No outside pool area only inside pool. Very well positioned hotel to the main shops and bars. Just behind the Hermitage hotel. Only 5* hotel in Tennessee.

  Good location.. and good sized rooms. Internet was terrible, bathroom was small and dated. Lounge was tiny and had very little. You are paying for the location when other hotels are more updated and a better value. I won’t be staying here again.

  This was a very nice place to visit. The hotel was very clean and decorated nicely. Everyone except a few people working were so helpful. Day was working the counter service and he handled a situation perfectly! We were happy how quickly and kindly Day took our matter. The bartender was very friendly as well. He made us feel welcomed, talked about his self and suggested places to visit while in Nashville. The drinks were good and stuffed chicken fingers at the bar were good. The rooms are very spacious and well kept.

  Very nice rooms, bar area and dining area. Outdoor staff helping us get a shuttle or car service, very nice and helpful. Disappointed in lack of friendliness, customer service at check in and the restaurant. The bartenders were friendly and customer oriented. Our wait staff, the morning we had breakfast, was not very attentive, not very pleasant. Location of hotel was very convenient.
