  Gentrification to the fullest. Pay double for coffee and the internet is so bad that your smart phone does not work. I will make sure to not come back again

  This Starbucks is perfectly located for those guests staying at the Palmer House or those walking on the streets of Chicago. It was very quick and the baristas were friendly!

  Awful customer service. I’m surprised they are allowed to carry the Starbucks name. Be prepared to be treated like an assembly line and have “next guest in line” yelled in your face.

  It's a Starbucks! That's pretty much it. Great staff. They we're really nice.
