  One of the workers is totally rude and I wouldn't seen my dog here, also I had frequented this place for a few years, now they have a new employee, she should not be serving customers, using profanity being loud, & rude, totally unprofessionally. if I could give no stars I would, she is very nasty, belligerent and doesn't respect anyone. It seems Dunkin Donuts at this site doesn't care about their clientele because she still working there.

  Horrible. Cashier was rude.....extremely rude. Missed part of order first go around even though we stated it many times. Was not even on receipt. When I went to pick up we second order she tried to keep it away from me. When we finally opened our order up it was Completly wrong. Hashbrowns were like potato mush. Also way down in the subway. If I could put zero star I would. Don't go there.

  They have ppl taking orders but only one person getting drinks. Messed up order on cream cheese

  This place seemed fasted paced, so I stopped by and ordered a sausage croissant and hash brown. Made it all the way to work, to find out I had a bagel with cream cheese. I don't really work far, so I went back to get what I ordered, they didn't even apologize for the mistake. This is definitely is a negative when it comes to customer service in my book.

  I usually only pick up coffee in the morning, but I've never had a problem with this location. It's in a very convenient spot as I usually walk the pedway to get to work. They're fast, even when there's a line. And, the staff has always been pleasant to me. The coffee tastes fresh...what more can you ask for?
