  I did not even revive my drink. I ordered a iced caramel Macciato and they gave me the hot version so I obviously told them that this was a misunderstanding and then I waited for my new drink for over half an hour and then never received it!

  My Chestnut Praline Latte was Lukewarm to cool , no whip cream , no sprinkles on top . Went twice and had same experience

  it would be nice if the staff made eye contact with the person waiting in line (2.18pm oct14 2017) even better would be saying something like "i'll be with you in a moment ..."

  Pretty fast service. They could do better at costumer service and being open on time. They also have a tendency to mess up online orders.
