  the dunkin donuts on 7th street located by capital arena is never open at 6am on Sunday it's 6:30 and their still not open..

  There was only one employee working when I visited. The other employee was on his cellphone the entire time.

  Very rude workers. Gave me an attitude when I asked a question. She began yelling at someone so I took a video to send to the owner. This is legal to do. She saw me and then began to speak loudly about me to her coworker. The coworker asked who she was talking about. I informed her it was me. The place was full of people and she began to get an attitude with me. I recommend not giving this location your business unless you want to be subject to rude behavior.
