  A good Starbucks, where I witnessed a trainee being treated kindly by other employees despite the rush of customers, each wave of whom everyone handled with good teamwork and friendly customer service. Nice floorplan for a fairly compact space, with plenty of plugs at multiple small tables indoors and a good number of umbrella tables outdoors.

  I went into this location the evening of May 1st around 9pm. The young lady working the counter was very kind as was the gentleman that was helping her. My complaint is the young woman who was making the drinks. The whole time she was mumbling under her breath, slamming things and made me feel uneasy. She kept talking about how they are about to close and she couldn’t believe people kept walking in. I felt rather bad so to avoide the issue in the future I asked what time they closed, she replied 9:30.... okay so I walk in 30 minutes before they close and yet the barista has a horrible attitude, is slamming things and acting extremely unprofessional? I have always loved this location, but no sure sure I will be back.

  This Starbucks is the closest thing to Cheers I've found in Fort Worth. For the three years I've been going there, the baristas are consistently warm and friendly, they take the time to know my order, and they are always ready to help, even if it's to remake a drink. Every time I've reported a problem to them, they've acted swiftly and respectfully. Also, it's one of most spacious coffee shops I've been in.

  I ordered with the app to make sure they would get the order correct. They obviously didn’t even read the sticker they put on the cup. They got 4, yes, FOUR things wrong with one drink!!! Probably won’t ever go back to this Starbucks! I’ll just go down another mile to the one on Overton where they know how to make the drinks perfectly! Plus their espresso tastes bad! I don’t like giving reviews like this, but when you buy a $6.00 drink and it’s all wrong, and you just feel like throwing it in the trash, they deserve it!
