::Note sure it is my luck of draw but lady working here was rude. I ask for a straw politely when I was buying my drink. And when I ask for it when she forgot about it, she just threw it on the desk. This experience is very surprising as I have never met a rude Starbucks employee.

::Today I went to this Safeway Starbucks and got a Grande Mocha Cookie Crumble Creme Frappuccino with a little bit of whipped cream and it was so good!!!. It has been a very long time ! I came back because I love you guys!
