::It's a teeny little place and not the kind of Starbucks where you want to hang out half the day, but if you're downtown and have a hankering for some coffee, you can get it here. The staff is friendly and quick, and the drinks are always well made. Take your drink outside and sit on the monument steps if you feel like spreading out more. The view certainly can't be beat!

::The people here really go out of their way to get to know you. I don't think they're made to do that by management, it really seems like they're genuinely nice. Drinks are always quick and accurate! Not much room to sit and talk at the monument circle location tho. Would be better for a grab and go.

::As an avid coffee drinker and a Gold member of Starbucks reward program, I am a little disappointed with the quality of service I've started experiencing at this particular location. A few times, I've ordered drinks from my mobile device with the expectation that my request would be completed upon arrival, only to learn they were out of products. Once, I had a pleasant conversation with one of the Baristas because I have seen where I have been unable to order a preferred drink due to the store being out of the ingredients needed to complete my order. Starbucks should understand how frustrating this is to pre-order an item and learn upon arrival it's not finished. Overall, there have been many times where I have experienced better service, but the last two times there has not been so enjoyable.

::Very nice place to visit! A very very busy store at times!! The seating is cramped but there is good outside seating which is wonderful. Zeb has worked there many Yeats and ALWAYS knows what I want to drink and that is awesome!! The other staff is also excellent!! Very good customer service!! I love CIRCLE TOWER STARBUCKS YOU GUYS ARE EXCELLENT!
