  I visit several times annually and it's always the same situation. The people working here are very nice, but this may be the slowest Starbucks on the planet. They're located inside a major hotel in the region but they make no efforts to adjust their staffing based on hotel events. If you visit, expect to wait 5x as long as you would at any other starbucks.

  I feel that the criticism leveled at this Starbucks is a bit unfair. It's in a convention hotel. Waiting for coffee at your convention or conference is a universal experience. People need to take 5 and breathe. The service is fine. They even spelled my name correctly - which doesn't happen that often. :)

  It was a subpar experience. My drink was luke warm. I nearly spilled it while walking in to work due to the cup being doubled and the lid not fitting both cups properly... the cup sleeve was ruined by the excessive drippage. Just meh. I chalked it up to being a Monday and something is bound to go wrong...right?!

  Here for a convention, my friend waited in line for over half an hour. Not that long of a line either. I've worked in Starbucks, this is unacceptable, and I can't understand what they would have to do for it to take so long with three people. Obviously they weren't rushing, but their slowness is baffling. Apparently it's always like this. Do not come here. The chairs are also incredibly uncomfortable. The table came half way up my chest, I can't imagine anyone finding this comfortable.
