  We leave a few blocks from this Starbucks and we rather drive 20 out of our way than go here unfortunately we dont learn our lessons. Yesterday around 230we place an order for 5 drinks and food. The app said it would be ready 250 knowing they are slower and never get order right we decided to show up around 255 well by 315 I got very upset as our order wasn’t ready. A worker showed up to get a drink and her order was prioritize while ours was half way completed this is over 45 min to get our drinks this happens often where we place an order ahead of time and when we get there 20 min later the order is not ready. I am sorry to say this but we will no longer go here anymore.

  Honestly the worst Starbucks I’ve been to in 20 years. Mobile order is a joke. They forget your drink behind the counter constantly. They can’t even get a vanilla latte right half the time. Whoever manages sundays in glasses is a complete failure. 4 employees standing around and I have to wait 20 minutes for my mobile cal, with no customers inside, then have to ask for it from Behind the counter since they were too busy gossiping. Heck, I was even checked in on some iPad with a worker on my mobile order and they STILL forgot.

  Service was good but I only like a couple things on the menu, I don't like the coffee at all. My 2 teen daughters Love them so I'm there a lot, even the Hot Chocolate tastes off to me.

  Worst drinks I’ve ever had, my matcha latte is not mix at all, I had junks of powdered with every sip 😢 Don’t even get me start on the brown sugar oat milk latte, how could you get it wrong

  Mocha cookie crumble is awesome!! Not a coffee drinker but this is a MUST have. It's one of those anytime coffee drinks. An awesome start to get you going. Good in the middle of the day for a nice pick me up. It's perfect after a long, hard work day when you need that little something to put a smile on your face.
