  I just about had a heart attack when I was washing my hands in the restroom at this location and an employee who had been using the toilet came out of her stall and DIDN'T wash her hands or antibac and walked out with her cell phone in hand and sat and touched all over a dining table then got up to attend to a kitchen issue, STILL no hand washing or antibacterial gel, NOTHING. It all made me want to vomit. I will NEVER consume food at this location ever again.

  Pulled up and was worried because there was a bit of a line but they quickly moved through the cars and my sausage mcmuffin & hashbrown came out perfect. (and in the app they often have $1 breakfast sandwichs!)

  This location seems to have become a mini homeless shelter. There are 3 homeless people at tables right now, one outside the entrance door, and one inside has a dog on a loose leash that keeps on barking. As others have said there are no employees inside the dining area, they just quickly put your order on a wire rack and vall your number then run away to the back.

  Of all the times I've been here lately, this location sucks hard. 1. Attendants ignore the outer lane, A LOT. So if you're busy and don't have time to wait around, go to the inside lane, otherwise they'll let 2-3 people go ahead of you on the inside lane before responding on the outer box. 2. Several experiences with attendants who have a poor grasp of the English language, and do not speak well enough to take anything besides a basic order. For instance, "Baked Goods" and "Apple fritter" is apparently extremely difficult for them to process so they'll just try to ring it in as a large fry. 3. They have a remarkably bad habit of telling you to 'pull up to the next window' then completely forgetting you're waiting up there. I am not saying this as 'the only one who has experienced this' I've seen this done even riding with other people, people there before/after me, etc. Do yourself a favor and go to the location further down Arapahoe, much better service, orders are correct, and you will waste far less time.

  Touch screen devices are a bad ideal for McDonald's employees that only speak Spanish can't get my order in 30 minutes for one sandwich is ridiculous no one that tends front counter poor communication skills broke kiosk and no help
