  The facilities are very nice, the atmosphere and the furniture look new, however the store looks neglected because it is not cleaned: overflowing trash cans, garbage that is not swept on the floor and not to mention the smell in the toilet. I discussed this with the manager on duty and by showing attitude of not being interested in the issue I understood why the store is in that state. I hope you pay attention to this issue because it is not the first time that the store has been in this state.

  The music was so loud the waiter that lives in Tijuana and doesn't understand well English gave me a toffee drink instead of coffee, LOL. Starbucks is not anymore what used to be. They hire yunkies that lack courtesy and servitude.

  All Starbucks are running out of medicine balls but this location said they were able to make it using a different kind of tea. So the peach tea was the substitute and it was a good and excellent choice. I highly recommend this location.

  Nice location, parking is bad most of the time. The drive thru line gets in the way of the parking, terrible design. Staff is friendly but, lines are long due to always hacing a single cashier taking orders.
