::This place used to be top-notch, on time, Johnny on the spot and you got right through in the drive-thru. But for the last month and a half that I've gone to this Starbucks they are the slowest I've ever been to out of all the Starbucks I've been to and mind you I go to a lot of Starbucks. I don't know if they're under new management or if they've got a problem with their employees calling in sick but it is the worst Starbucks I've been to. I don't know how else to say it. It's horrible. And I hope this review will generate something that's going to improve the service at this location. My last trip there I was in line for over 25 minutes and when I asked if they were short-handed he said no. I don't know what the problem is but hopefully they can get their act together. If it's under new management, I suggest that they go back and get training because they don't know what they're doing.

::The staff, the location, the cleanliness, the food, EVERYTHING is great... except the time it takes to get through the drive-thru. All locations get busy, but this one in particular has always been the longest wait for reasons unknown to simple commoners like me. I would love to one day come here and not take 15min to get through the line. When that happens, I am hopping right back on here to revise my review to the 5-stars it otherwise deserves.

::Poor customer service that's everything. If you don't care about customers how can you be of service of any kind. It falls hand in hand. They are a team of nothing . The girl handed me hot water and the cap came off and burned me , I asked for milk for my hand and she tried to charge me .And then 3 others came to the window and got her back including the manager while my hand is burning. I told them the milk is for my hand because its burning . They all looked at each other and the girl that handed it to me looked at the manager and told him no , so he told me to come inside to talk about it . I yelled at him saying MY HAND IS BURNING! GIVE ME SOME MILK SO I CAN DUNK IT IN THERE. He gave me like an ounce of milk LOL . They are a team of unknowledgeable, non caring, fake, want to be baristas , want to be bosses with the worst customer care and products . And they're dirty. Can you believe he- the manager told me to park and come inside to talk about it . My hand was burning . English is obviously not his forte and why would I have to go inside . He didn't even realize what he was saying or doing. Getting mad at me for not wanting to pay for milk for my burning hand . Which part of my sentence is not clear to him? That's what leads me to my conclusions.

::They made the wrong drink. Unorganized. The gal was nice trying to lead the crew. But they were touching the cup lids and giving out wrong orders. The sandwich they gave me was smashed lol. Hot mess

::Early 4:30 am fix! Drink was made to perfection 🥰 Gorgeous voice at the other end of the speaker. Wonderful way to wake up and enjoy my expresso ☕ Awesome customer service!
