  I love Starbucks. But when I am giving my order and the guy at the register acts rude and tapping on the register machine as if Im wasting his time and acts rude makes me NEVER Want to Come back to this Location! Or wait.., was it because I am Hispanic and he was white!.

  This my only visit to this particular Starbucks. But I go to Starbucks at least twice everyday. My drink was prepared correctly and quickly. The staff was reasonably friendly. My biggest complaint is that this is the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been visited. Bathrooms were disgusting, I chose to hold it instead. There was dust everywhere. Floors and tables were dirty. This location is very neglected.

  I go to Starbucks every other day. Theres always friendly staff and it's a very well maintained place. The drive through goes by quickly. And the baristas always answer question about their menu to their full potential. I have three sons, six, five and two year olds who always enjoy the kids hot chocolates. My orders are always correct, and I get greeted with respectful .

  I usually give a 2 star review when I have had a bad time at a place because it just might have been a bad time of day for the place I visit. But this Starbucks is obviously missing a good management team. It took (not over doing it) 37 MINUTES from when I placed our order, until the coffee was set on the counter. I was glad it was my day off and I had nothing to do or I would have complained to a corporate office somewhere. It was just awkward sitting there in the middle of a coffee shop with no coffee to sip for over half an hour.

  There was a really, absolutely sweet girl working the drive through today. Flannel, blue, shirt. She was really nervous but she did a fantastic job. Her customer service was impeccable. I've yet to have a drink badly made here and everyone is always really friendly. Super quick service, inside and out. Clean store and plenty of parking. If you haven't been to this location it's worth it!
