  As a person with disabilities, I rely on delivery services quite a bit. I placed an order with Door Dash to have coffee and food delivered from this Starbucks location. Starbucks did not get one thing on my order right. My delivery person went above and beyond to try to get my order correctly prepared before delivery, but the Starbucks personnel were slow and unresponsive. This caused my ordee to be late, which of course meant my coffee arrived cold. The most frustrating thing is that I ordered "Hearty Blueberry Oatmeal", and Starbucks sent me a packet of instant oats. My delivery driver even went back a second time (she really was awesome, earned a huge tip) and they handed her another packet of oats. Because the Starbucks in question is in a Target, they staff are Target employees. I called the manager on duty, and she offered no rectification or restitution. Door Dash wasn't much more helpful. They refused to void my payment, and offered a refund in 5-7 days. Two businesses which obviously do not understand the cost of destroying customer loyalty.

  Been here twice. They're the friendliest staff of any starbucks I've ever been to!

  Terrible experience, over priced, I've had better coffee from speedway, took to long to get my order.and I was surrounded by a bunch of upity shmucks. Never going back!

  Great friendly staff! BUT I'm from another state where there's A LOT more Starbucks and wish there were more in Cleveland.
