  I went to Dunkin Donuts asked for 2 toasted croissant's with cheese. When I got ready to eat I had no cheese on the croissant's. I won't be going here again. This is the 2nd time they messed up my order. I'll start going to the one on Snow Rd.

  I ask for no whip cream, they give you whip cream. I ask for cinnamon and caramel, they don't give you cinnamon or caramel. I just left today and ask them to make sure the order is correct. They say they are out of caramel. Really? Don't waste your time. Go to the one on Snow Rd across from Parma library. They know their stuff.

  By far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to, the employees have the WORST attitudes I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. The manager needs to put those little girls in check with their snobby little attitudes because his/her store looks like complete trash.

  I don't get it with this place. They are very consistent in messing up my coffee that's for sure. 5 🌟's for that! Theyre always argumentative when I come back to have it replaced. Its not hard to say "ok" and move on. Wanna tell me whats in my coffee is what I ordered. I can tell you from working at one, skim milk, leaves a darker color than whole milk in iced lattes, seeing as how its more water than milk. Its not my fault you messed up. Never coming back, and I'll make sure no one else I know goes there ever again. Horrible service.
