  This is my worst Starbucks experience and from reading the reviews it doesn’t seem to be getting any better. The line is always long, they need a new system because it always seems like 2 people are working and the rest are doing nothing. I ordered a latte and I realized that the girl was stacking the cups into each other so the last person that ordered last got their coffee first. They also forgot my sandwich on multiple days. So this is not a one off thing - @starbucks, these folks are making you look bad. The coffee tasted nothing like what I used to order - and I say they were slow?

  I was there about 12:15pm today. I stood there for 3 minutes with 1 person at 3 of the registers. So 3 cashiers. They all looked at me. No one called on me for 3 minutes. After someone finally called me, a lady, I ordered a Venti matcha green tea latte with oatmilk and they made it with regular milk. I have a dairy intolerance and didn't realize it Wasnt oatmilk and drank it and have been having excruciating stomach pain. The lady who waited on me was not friendly at all. Nor was the other girl and male at the registers. Not a welcoming environment at all. Starbucks Inside the marriot. They also said I could not scan my rewards app and I had to ask 3 times for a receipt so I can submit for credit. Starbucks inside the Marriott! I'm astounded! I live in Pennsylvania and I don't think I've ever had such an unpleasant experience. The baristas in PA are so friendly and accommodating. They need some retraining. I'll also be letting the marriot know if the experience

  Good service at Starbucks in the Atlanta Georgia area . I say this because up north in Massachusetts the workers can sometimes be very rude!

  6 Aug 22. 9:26am chk 6055 Bad customer service. The showcase prices on the wrap said 4.95. and they charged me 6.25. I complained and they said it was what the computer charged I toll them to talk with the manager and didn't want. I kept claiming and Shemlyn (191709) bulling me because I was claiming a dollar. It's not my mistake it's the store mistake. The manager finally resolved. My bad history in my vacation in Marriot Marquis Resort Atlanta.

  Four employees working. One incredibly rude and difficult customer preoccupied all four crewmembers preventing anyone else from getting a simple cup of coffee... And yes they had another perfectly good operating cash register to take orders from other customers that do what they wanted Most businesses would’ve asked customer to step aside while the others in line who knew what they wanted could place their order but instead two absurdly druggies all that shut this Starbucks down for five minutes while they argued and tried to decide what they wanted. I’m absolutely shocked that any business anywhere anytime would tolerate this nonsense while several customers stood in line behind ready to order. Ridiculously unprofessional crew working Sunday, September 26 at 4:20 at this Starbucks
