  Arriving at 2:00 p.m. on the dot. Server would not serve because they close at 2:00. Horrible service!

  The absolute worst Starbucks I have ever had the opportunity to eat at! The bagels were burnt to a crisp, Satan himself could not have roasted them any longer! The coffee I ordered tasted like black tar and the cinnamon roll that was described by the employee as a delicious slice of heaven was not even cooked and still tasted like raw dough. Very disappointed 😔

  One woman cashier is a racist. She is only kind to white people. I'm laughing because I'm speechless. This is why I feel that learning is important. I'm not the only one who feels it. Starbucks will have to train its employees properly

  Enjoyable beverage (albeit rather overpriced) conveniently located in the lobby of popular Westin hotel in Atlanta. Organized layout, and rather clean dining area. Easy to recommend if you're staying at this hotel.

  These people work there butts off. They were organized. Long lines and they stayed calm. Only improvement would be the person taking the orders in the line wear gloves. He was touching the tops of all cups.
