Kristy is amazing and fast and on it always! Just visited again and exactly the same. She's the best! No matter how busy, always great service, friendly and fast! They are always busy but Kristie especially always handles aabout a hundred people per minute all with great customer service and never any errors.

Went here while I was visiting the building and man this team is hard working! I visit a Starbucks just about everyday and this one is one of the best. I had about 15 people in front of me but still got me coffee out in 5 minutes! And it was delicious! The staff was friendly and all had good attitudes!

Fake Starbucks!! This location is on my way to work. One can easily identify the difference if you are a huge coffee lover. 1. The coffee here tastes different from the rest of the franchise. Please mention twice if you need a blonde roast they always fill the Pike roast. 2. They change you few cents extra from regular Starbucks, and they don't accept any rewards (So no Birthday treats or free rewards) 3. Attitude - Few people who work at the cash register treat the customers like destitute. They don't care to listen on your order they write something up. 4. More often their coffee brewers will broke - So you end up buying expensive latte

I go here occasionally, mostly because it is in my building. the employees are very friendly, but the management policies could use some work. To begin with, this is a LICENSED STORE. this means they are not bound to the same policies as corporate stores. for one, they do not redeem starbucks points... I believe this is because they are not able to, but I'm not 100% sure. the second, slightly more aggravating problem, is that this location DOES NOT allow free refills for gold card members. free refills are at the discretion of the individual store, unless a corporate store, in which case, they are guaranteed. This store, apparently has opted out, which is a huge let down, considering I probably spend $30-$50 per month at this location. One free refill every now and again should not be a problem. I hope that the ownership of this location sees this review and changes this policy.

I have a espresso machine at home so I know what a good shot or two looks like. Keep in mind, I also worked at Starbucks for 2 years. So, when I went for two shots, 1st, I got an attitude from the cashier. Then, once I got my cup (I take my own) it looked like there was barely one shot in there. I suggest if you don't have an espresso machine at home, get one. You'll be saving your money and getting your money's worth.
