  Was just served two incorrect drinks after having to repeat my order literally five times. The shots were dead in the second iced drink that was given to me thirty seconds after I told them the first drink wasn't right. So they gave me old shots to get me out of the drive thru line. Also pretty sure my "mocha" was a hot cocoa. I choose to spend my money sometimes at franchises over local places because they're consistent, but the drinks we did receive were terrible.I feel like I just wasted 12 bucks. Also, the barista argued with me when I said I had wanted my drink iced. He said he double checked with me, but he hadn't. After I ordered there was dead silence so I asked if we were good after a minute and he just told me to pull through. Waste of money!

  Consistent Americano experience at every Starbucks I've been to. Can't ask for much else.

  I literally can't even with this place! Im like totally in love with Starbucks coffee and it's kinda ruining my life because I swear like half my paycheck goes straight there. I know it's like not the season right now but PSLs, come on, let's be real here ladies, I'm like literally dying! #blessed

  Music was too loud to concentrate on reading. More than "background" music. Staff and product were very good.

  Usually this location does a good job at serving drinks exactly as ordered and quickly! As a long-time customer who frequents Starbucks daily I was very disappointed today with the service and the drink that wasn't made at all as I'd requested. I had to return my drink and after it was made a second time in a way that shouldn't have even been served, I gave up! When I'd returned to this location to return the drink, I was beginning to voice my concern but rather than address the issue - the server handed me a drink and turned his back talking with other customers rather than talking with me for even a second. I just drove away rather than have to wait any longer. Just very rude service.
