  Terrible location to say the least! I get Dunkin' Donuts almost every morning and I see how it's made. My iced coffee had to be remade three different times and still wasn't made correctly so I forgot it. Why wasn't it made correctly? Because Chris, an employee wasn't correctly measuring the cream/sugar just guessing. Not to mention his whole ass was hanging out of his pants and as he walked away, to make my coffee for the third time, scratched his ass. Disgusting place, or maybe moreso the employee. Had a terrible attitude and terrivle manners and didn't care about how good his customer service was. I'll stick to Dunkin off 144th and Pacific!

  Love DD. Just a coaching opportunity on drive thru. I know working at Drive Thru is insanely hard and busy but this guy (I wasn’t a driver so couldn’t get his name) bagged my perfect frosted Boston Kreme (4 of them) in a brown bag with my other 2 Old Fashion donuts. Guess what? They decided to mingle and frosting was ruined and my old fashion turned totally chocolate covered. Called store manager and told her about this education opportunity. Hopefully next time frosted donuts won’t be bagged in a brown bag! I know they have the box for them!! If box is out then come up with different method of packaging! He didn’t have common sense!!!

  If you order anything other than a regular coffee it will take15-20 minutes to get your drink. The staff are very courteous and constantly offering free donuts for the slow drink service. Very nice. Donuts always good.
