  This can be a very busy Starbucks, so time your visit well. That said, it's busy because it's in a convenient spot and it has fast WiFi, comfortable seats, and outlets. Food- and drink-wise, it's a standard Starbucks -- reliably middle-of-the-road.

  Such horrible service. zero customer service. plus, I order a grande always and it seems like they give me the amount for a tall because the cup is always only 75% full. For the amount I am paying I would like my cup to be to the brim. It seems like they don't know how to measure properly.

  Abysmal service. Be prepared to wait an eternity for anything, and to have your order messed up constantly. I can sympathize with this being an extremely busy location, but clearly management is out of its depth in being unable to secure the requisite number of shifts to pull off a Starbucks smack dab in the middle of a college campus. This place is the height of incompetence.

  Always have to wait for them to open. 6am means 6am. I'm standing here in the cold with 4 other people. NOT A GOOD WAY TO START THE DAY!!!

  The slowest Starbucks I've ever visited. No line at the register when I ordered, but there was a long line of people waiting for their coffee. I waited almost 15 minutes, while employees seemed slow and uninterested in completing orders, and joking and talking a lot with each other. The coffee was fine, when I finally got it.
