::This can be a very busy Starbucks, so time your visit well. That said, it's busy because it's in a convenient spot and it has fast WiFi, comfortable seats, and outlets. Food- and drink-wise, it's a standard Starbucks -- reliably middle-of-the-road.

::Such horrible service. zero customer service. plus, I order a grande always and it seems like they give me the amount for a tall because the cup is always only 75% full. For the amount I am paying I would like my cup to be to the brim. It seems like they don't know how to measure properly.

::Abysmal service. Be prepared to wait an eternity for anything, and to have your order messed up constantly. I can sympathize with this being an extremely busy location, but clearly management is out of its depth in being unable to secure the requisite number of shifts to pull off a Starbucks smack dab in the middle of a college campus. This place is the height of incompetence.

::The slowest Starbucks I've ever visited. No line at the register when I ordered, but there was a long line of people waiting for their coffee. I waited almost 15 minutes, while employees seemed slow and uninterested in completing orders, and joking and talking a lot with each other. The coffee was fine, when I finally got it.
