Usually pretty busy, but quick service.

This is my go-to Starbucks. 97% of the staff, including the manager, are friendly and make an attempt to connect with me. Unfortunately there is one very unfriendly lady working there. When I say “thank you” her response is “yup.” Ahh... how about ‘you’re welcome!’ Or, ‘thanks for your business!’ I always think about leaving when I get there and see that she’s working because she’s just that unpleasant. I wish she would at least demonstrate some professionalism; especially as one of the most senior staff persons. Also, when it’s cold outside please don’t ask me how I’m doing when I’m ordering. It’s freezing and I just want to roll my wi Dow up and get my drink as quickly as possible. Save the ‘how are ya’ for the window when you’re handing me my drink and I have to keep my window down a minute longer. Appreciate he friendliness, just don’t wanna freeze to be polite on cold days.

Both fantastic and horrible experience I had here. Once I spilled right after being served they made new one for me immediately! but when it’s crowded like Sunday afternoon, staffs were very rude. It’s completely depending on which staffs serve your order. This place has good amount of tables and it is usually not packed so you often get seats easily.

Drive thru is always packed, although the staff were good. I spilled my drink almost immediately in the car, so I went in, and waited 20 minutes right by the counter for a new drink. Drink was put there, but she never called my name, and it was really busy, so I didn't realize. Then the drink itself... tasted like they forgot to put coffee and flavoring in my warmed soy milk. It literally tasted like straight soy. For me, Starbucks is a 3x a year treat. Not a good experience for something I look forward to and rarely do.

I went in a bought a gift certificate and reusable glass as a gift. the staff was very helpful. I also noticed that the facility was clean and well stocked. Many people were hanging out doing work and chatting, a very nice atmosphere.
