  Avoid this location for catering. I ordered catering for work, when I got to the store they said a "hub" delivers my order to the store...weird, but ok. I waited for 20 minutes for the driver. I asked the 2 employees and manager and none of them knew what to do. The manager eventually told me the driver would be there any second, which wasn't the case. The manager called again and my order was being delivered to my workplace apparently. The manager offered no solution to the situation. I left the store and got to work and still beat the driver! They were 25 minutes late! And to top it off the driver parked in a handicapped spot. Stay classy Panera.

  One of my favorite places to eat at! I love the food here and the staff is super friendly. Great environment overall.

  I usually don’t write reviews but save yourself time and don’t go to this location. Customer service is horrible! I ordered mac & cheese and there was a hair in it! I went up to the counter and politely asked if I could get my food remade and the two girls working gave me dirty looks. They took my food begrudgingly behind the counter and remade it as I stood watching them. I literally saw them take out a bag of mac & cheese from behind the counter and warm it up in the microwave! Not only was my food still cold when they remade it, but when I told them it was cold, they said there was a microwave in the coffee stand to heat it up! Didn’t even try to order something else, I just left. Don’t waste your time and eat somewhere else. Employees are just rude!
