  This Starbucks allegedly (person posting on Twitter claims "she" works there) employs someone who, admittedly, puts drugs in unsuspecting customers' drinks if they're wearing something that identifies them as conservative. If true, this is a crime and Starbucks could be held liable for continuing to employee this criminal.

  Terrible service. The very tall lady didn't call out my drink was ready like she did the previous two orders-she made very clear their drinks were ready. She let my espresso sit there for minutes. I ordered a triple espresso and was served not even a double shots worth of espresso. I work at a coffee shop myself so I can easily tell the proportions were off.

  This is a great place, it's gotten a lot better with the upper management understanding that they need more than the usual 3 people working 7 days a week, like c'mon. All the bad reviews of this place is mainly due to the hierarchy of PCC, like them not having an oven or accepting rewards, not the fault of the staff, it's licensed by the city of phoenix, which doesn't even care what Starbucks is, they have no idea how to make a latte let alone what's in it, yet have total power to shut the place down because the staff declines to be worked like slaves. It's the cash cow of PCC, and they barely got an oven in there due to actual Starbucks personnel discovering the location wasn't up to standards. Point is the spot is great to stop in at, and unless the staff is outstandingly rude to you there's no reason to get mad at something the staff don't have power over. It's the convention center, $h!+ happens.

  This location is clean and fast with their service. It's located one block south of the convention center and is less crowded at 6:30am than the one at the CC.

  Classy staff and great coffee and pastries.
