  Had a very pleasant experience at Star Nissan. Our salesperson was Bob, and he was great! He was patient, informative, and made sure to get us the best deal! We'll be driving in our new car in just a few minutes :) A sale well executed, and both parties satisfied!

  Jon Paul helped me turn in my lease and negotiated a new one for me seamlessly. I had a great experience and it was actually kind of fun. He has a great sense of humor but beyond that he actually helps you navigate your best options that fit your wants and budget!

  I am usually fearful of going to car dealerships but my experience at Star Nissan changed that feeling forever. My very first experience with Diana on the telephone to Nick in the Sales department was amazing. They truly practice excellent customer skills! Everything was explained in simple understandable terms I am extremely satisfied with Star Nissan and will recommend to all! Patricia G

  I went in to the dealership today to purchase a car for my son who already had his mind made up that he didn't want the car I was going to buy him. We had been searching all over NYC for the car he wanted and every dealership we ended up at was a dead end. Bob, our salesman at Star Nissan, was the absolute best. I let him know how my son felt about the car and that the price was to good for me to pass up and that's all he needed to hear. I'm not sure what he said but, after the test drive my son did with Bob, he was a lot more excited. Bob was very attentive to my needs as well as my son's. Very accommodating and patient. He stayed in touch with us while he waited for me to return to the dealership and sign the papers, as well as while we were waiting for paperwork to be finalized. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made in my life, thanks to Bob.   Walked in and was greeted immediately. I was working with Fred and he was very patient and knowledgeable. Fred took the time to explain all the options available to me. I happened to lease with Nissan and that process was very easy and straight forward. J.T. From finance didn’t try to over sell or pressure me into anything I didn’t want. I walked in with a plan and walked out with my vehicle! I would highly recommend Star Nissan to anyone interested in Nissan. I love my new rogue!!!! 😍😍😍😍
