  Horrible just horrible. I bought a BMW from here in the summer only to find out the warranty I had been paying monthly was never even filed with BMW or the warranty company when the car had an issue. I was without my car for nearly a month. Don't do business. Very unprofessional.

  BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! LEMON!!!! LEMON!! LEMON!! LEMON!! LEMON!! Hello there, my story actually took place back in 2012. Me and my father saw a nice 2010 Mercedes S400 online for a decent price and condition. We were new to the country so didn't speak the language that good. So we decided to finance it. While signing papers they showed us repairs paper said it previously was had an issue but all was taken care of. So after a few days car started showing some issues like fan stopped working , car started overheating, ac would not turn off. So we went back to see if we can resolve the issue. Unfortunately they told us to kick rocks basically. We wanted to return the car. They offered 10k less that what we bought it for a week ago. We asked why and they said thats how the market works. So got a copy of the carfax online and saw that the car was LEMON BUYBACK. We never knew about it. This is why when i wanted to return they offered me so little. I decided to take it with the DA's office. Wrote a complaint and all , but was denied because CARFAX is open to Public Source. After reading couple of reviews just now, I see that I wasn't the only one that fell in their trap. SO PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THESE PESTS BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK OF GOING THERE!!!!!!

  This place is terrible. They lied to me about the vehicle that I purchased I asked for car fax and they only showed me page two of the car fix and no page one. What were they hiding? Hiding the fact the car was in two major accidents where all airbags were deployed. When I asked them for major accident they denied it and said was only rear damage. I bought Volkswagen Jetta here and I just junked the Jetta today for a thousand dollars. I paid about $11,000 here for a trash car that was in two major accidents. This is very dishonest if anyone know where I can go or talk to in order to report them for their fraud please tell me. Email me

  you trade in a car and they lieve it on the street to get towed and you pay the price for dumping a car on nyc street

  They scammed me pretty bad. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They didn't want to show me the carfax and sold me a buyback lemon car without letting me know. The car has given me more problems than anything else.
