  Bad service from representatives at the Staples store copy and print center station (male and female , doing nothing ) Monday ,Feb 5th 2018 at 9:10 am , I came to request copies and they send me to the self serve copying machines , I ask for help and they were not willing to help, some employees forget that one day they will not longer be needed because they push people to do self service ... hope they improve customer service .

  Their color printer is broken, among other issues that I ran into while visiting this location.

  I made an online order with a "one hour pickup" and got an email confirmation saying that my order was ready. They didn't have the item when I came to pick it up, but they promised to have it the next morning. So far I've spent an hour! on hold trying to figure out whether the order is ready for pickup. The only reason why companies like Staples are still alive is that people expect fast pickups and good service. Everything is a way cheaper on ebay and amazon. So long, Staples. Looks like you will be following the pass of Sears, Circuit City and other retail stores. You suck!

  If I could award less than 1 star, I would! This location provided the worst (customer) service I've EVER encountered in a Staples store. I placed customer in parenthesis... because clearly, the employees here have no regard. I visited this store to pick up an online order today, and reported to the "Online Pickup" area as directed in my confirmation email. An associate at the Check-out register rudely yelled at me to join the regular line because 'you gotta stand in line just like all these other people'. Wait, I'm sorry. I'M wrong for following explicit instructions?!? Her tone was completely unwarranted. I'd simply stood where instructed via email...patiently waiting for an associate to show up. I also noticed she spoke that way to just about everyone else in line... which is just unacceptable. I'll never visit this particular location again. My time and money are best spent where respected.
