::The shopping experience curated by the staff at Lay-Z-Boy on 14th Street was unparalleled. I arrived At the store about a month ago to be greeted my Jamie and Jessica. After spending some time sitting in different options Jamie was able to create a 3D rendering of my apartment from measurements taken off of the leasing offices website and demonstrate different options in my space. Many price quotes later I left with all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. Today I went back to the store to purchase my sofa from Jessica and was greeted with the same level of professionalism and 5-Star customer service I had experienced in my first visit. Patiently waiting the arrival of our new sectional! Shopping at this location was an absolute dream and I would Recommend the experience to anybody in the market for a new sofa or recliner. 10/10, will absolutely be shopping again. ::Fully attentive. Thanks Dianne. But disappointed that the two lower priced, sale-priced recliners were not on the display floor. Thus, I made a hopeful purchase accompanied by sales rep’s admonishment that the chair MAY not be as comfortable as needed.

::Jess let me know that I was over priced on the delivery charge. I would never have known that and I really appreciated her being so honest! She was also very pleasant on the phone asking me how my Thanksgiving was. She placed my custom fabric order with ease and explained to me the lifetime warranty. After we spoke, I then added the lifetime warranty on my sofa while finishing up my phone call with her. Thanks La-Z-boy, I can't wait for my sofa recliner to arrive!
