  Have a delicate or precious garment, like a wedding dress? Don't let these people anywhere near it. They ruined a handmade silk wedding gown and offered to give me a whole $30 discount for the destruction & misery they created.

  Great service! My shirt was damaged a month ago. Their manager called me and told me that they would compensate me for the cost of the shirt. They mailed me a check within a few days. The pricing is reasonable.
