Absolutely horrible experience here! If I could rate lower I would without hesitation. The washer's seemingly worked as one might expect. The dryers on the other hand melted zippers, Left a burnt pigmentation on all of our white clothing, Destroyed hundreds of dollars of designer clothes, Fused together from melted fabric and zippers $100 shirts and $200+ jeans. Our garments were literally too hot to handle. The machines were smoldering upon opening And this facility had a lingering burnt smell throughout. I understand fully as well as anyone else that businesses in this nature are at your own risk. I could accept that other than that the middle aged, male latino attendant informed me that he has brought this issue to management's attention previously and yet nothing has been done. Between two dryer machines my estimate is that we lost close to $500 or better of designer clothes and undergarments. Most of which is not replaceable. The resolution I was offered was an email address for a refund on a $2 machine. Well giant wash coin laundry, You will be hearing from me And I will be expecting more than $4 refund. According to your attendant you were aware of the problem and did nothing to solve or inform. Hopefully with this review and the photos and videos of our destroyed garments future patrons wont have this problem. As far as my destroyed property and this review, I will delete this review and not mention my property again when I see a refund for the total that will be emailed upon itemization along with photos and videos of your faulty equipment. For future patrons, I see no reason you can't wash your clothes here but I would really think twice about using their dryers. The dryers we had an issue with were those in the Northwest corner of the facility upper bank directly in front of the tables and stools. Consider yourself warned customers!

This place sucks!!!! Best look for another place! My wash said 30 min and it goes around for about 20 times and stops for 30 sec. So really your wash time is like 15 maybe 20 min. The cost is way over priced. I would have never came here is my washer was out. But now you all know. Stay away! Plus the water stinks!! 😷

This place is so so average. I do like that it's relatively clean but I don't know what would set laundromats apart from the others besides either cleanliness or price. It can get pretty busy on a Sunday so I try to avoid that day to do laundry. If you need any products soap softener Etc it's available for purchase through a vending machine which is Handy. The prices seem somewhat hi to me but it is nice doing two or three loads instead of a dozen Plus at home. I've never had a problem with the change making machine there either since quarters are the norm. It appears credit cards can be used on certain machines but I have never used this payment option myself. There's a corner with one or two vending machines and an old Pac-Man and pinball machine if you get bored. I'm ninety-nine percent sure they also have WiFi there for free so that's another Plus. Overall it's okay not any complaints but nothing special about it either.

There are no humans here to help you if a machine doesn't work or to let you in the bathroom. Thus no security either. Good luck using the bathroom if they don't answer their call center line to open it remotely. The voicemail box is "unmonitored" as well. Just like everything else. Good for a big wash and Ms. Pac Man but not for a bathroom or assistance. Edit: The floor also looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in weeks. No exaggeration. It actually looks like faded blood specks infront of the dryer I am using atm.
