  I have had nothing but trouble with Sprint - starting with a store salesman selling me a plan that simply was NOT what he said it was. When I call customer service, I never get the same answer twice - and usually cannot even get someone who speaks English plainly. My latest bill came in - which will definitely be my last - and it is over $577 for 3 lines of just voice and texting. This is beyond absurd.

  Didn’t give full info regarding trying to cancel a phone. couldnt cancel said phone in store. had to call a million times after talking to them in person. we were given multiple numbers to call, by different people, and we were told in store that we could simply call one and cancel. after 3 calls, given a new number and told to make sure to say “cancel immediately”, only to find out that they still won’t cancel the phone until 5 days after the next bill is due, BUT that i could call another number and try again, even though no guarantee that they would immediately cancel it.

  Nick really runs that store well. His staff was extremely knowledgeable and Nick followed through on everything. He was awesome to work with and I would recommend this group to anyone. Thanks again!

  Michael helped me when I was there Saturday and I have never been disappointed with the customer service at Sprint. They went absolutely above and beyond to help me out. He did everything possible for me to get my phone fixed and a got me an new otter box. Will absolutely go back

  The custom service representative was great. Technical services was amazing. The issue I had spent the past two days on the phone with an off-shore phone representative. Was corrected in last than fifteen minutes by the in-store tec-rep. Amazing
