  Very kind helpful and able to fix the technical error on the paperwork and still helped me with my new sim card even though there was an error on the account information

  Been with AT&T for a long time. Their plans really suck. Family and friends kept telling me to drop them. I did finally. New carrier is cheaper. Get more internet time a hell of a lot cheaper. Got my last bill from them. Dam near doubled. I get calls from them about the money. I would like to know why my bill is so high. Call them what a run around. I gave them 1 star. Might have gave them to much

  My wife and I switched to AT&T a few weeks ago. I noticed when the guy was going through paperwork that the first bill was $328.50. I asked him, and he said not to worry, that no one pays that much. It would be adjusted. That is exactly what the first bill is.
