  Picking up a phone. The Sprint guy basically ignored me for almost half an hour. Had my phone on the floor next to him while he flirted with another customer.

  I pre-ordered the iPhone 7plus Friday the 9th at 12:28. I checked back Wednesday and Thursday to make sure of what time to come and that the phone would be here. Each time answered with "it should be here". Today the 16th I went in at 10:50 and was assured "it should be here" but the UPS truck isn't here yet. But the UPS truck "should" be here any minute. I waited until 1:30, (with no chair to sit in) when a man who seemed to be a manager came in and let me know "we got an email last night that no iPhone 7plus phones will be coming today."
