  The service was great. But they don't have s good Xbox 1 selection. I don't think it's their fault though

  Had to come in to replace a glitchy PS4 controller. I mentioned that's what I was doing and the employee behind the counter (ironically named Thomas Taylor) stops me and let's me know that I could get $20 off if I trade in the glitchy controller. So he holds the new one there while I drive home and being the other one back. Thanks to that good experience this is my go-to GameStop now. Thanks Thomas!

  Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful which is why I gave 5 instead of 4 stars. The 4 is because the store is small and really, really packed. Every Game Stop I have been in is a small store, which to me is a ding each time, but I know it going in. They had super good Black Friday deals. Pretty good deals in general.

  This is one of the best facilities I've been to by far. The manager is the real head of the business while the others are not quite as helpful. However, I always choose to checkout or discuss games with the manager when I'm there and it always goes so well. If you're looking for a laid back, easy going place to buy your games or get information, this is the place to do so.
