::Worst customer service by Andrew M, his persona was not welcoming and when making a cash payment he forced us to pay a $5.00 processing fee. We all know in the world of customer service there is way around such inconveniences, which is why I decided not to purchase 4 phones from him and this store. More importantly, I made a payment to terminate my lease agreement and the payment was NEVER processed until 5 days later. Basically your able to take my money plus a 5$ fee, but never provide the service I needed which lead to me spending 2 days on the phone with the Sprint customer service. I will NEVER be returning to this Bronx location. The other workers show complete desperation for a sale and try to take sales from each other; definitely a sign of lack of team work. Now I’m on a conference call with the store and Sprint customer service to rectify the issue you can hear Vanessa having a personal conversation with another working in the background. I should give word for one verbatim, but then again you shouldn’t be working on a conference call asking another female worker, “is that your boo?” (Then giggling) very UNPROFESSIONAL!!
