This hotel is a great place to stay in the greater Raleigh area. Everyone is so nice and welcoming; Blake, the general manager, made sure everything was perfect for my birthday weekend! The hotel is very clean and there’s also plenty of parking.

Amazing staff. If I had an option to rate more than 5, I would have. I celebrated my daughters first birthday here and it turned out to be great. Hotel staff went above and beyond to help us out with everything. The party was a great success!!!

This is a new hotel, everything was clean, our suite & the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was very nice with great choices & good service! Healthy choices like yogurt was also on menu. The front desk staff was really nice. This was a great experience as I traveled with my elderly parents & there were HC rooms, parking and bathroom tubs..I would certainly stay here again & highly recommend this place for your business or family's stay!

This a new hotel, and it's very comfortable and clean. For a Springhill Suites, the price is great and the service is what you expect from a Marriott hotel. Breakfast options were quite good, and there was a bar as well, which is unusual, but a nice touch! The one thing that made me and my partner nervous was that the rooms do not close and latch on their own like all hotel rooms usually do. We didn't expect it to not, so when we came back 4 hours later after leaving, we noticed the door was ajar the whole time. Check your doors when you step out!

The staff was so friendly. I wish I had gotten the young lady in the afternoon/evening. She really would make anyone smile. The smell of the hotel was lovely. My only cons are architecture designs. I didn't like the pool being in open view of the front door. Huge cracks on the bottom of the room door. You can clearly hear all noises in the hall and I am sure coming from the room πŸ˜‰. The sliding shower door while beautiful was a death trap. My hand got caught as it moved really fast. Lots of pain. Did not like that the only mirror was in the bathroom and not a full length one at that. Also the closet was not design to hang anything it was all shelves.
