I've just had the most disappointing stay in all the time I've stayed at Hilton properties. It started off quite well, actually. Myself and two friends were booked into a room for the weekend to attend a friend's wedding which was happening, ceremony and reception, inside the hotel. One of my friends had lost her wallet when it fell out of her bag as we were bringing in our luggage. A shuttle driver apparently found it and turned it immediately into the front desk where she was able to locate it and it's contents were completely intact. The Happy Hour bartender was skilled and lovely to us, and all of the breakfast staff were pleasant and helpful. However, that's where the pleasantries of our stay end. When we arrived in the room we found a dark stain on the carpet, and reddish brown stains on the shower curtain. The showerhead, one of the multi-spray style, was solidly stuck on the "deep massage" position, so taking a shower was an unpleasant experience. We even had a member of housekeeping attempt to enter the room, which was booked for three women, without announcing himself. However irritated I was about the room, I was willing to forgive it as a mistake. What I am not willing to forgive as a mistake is how the staff treated the groom and the wedding guests. One employee at the front desk, who was working Friday evening (7 April) would glare hatefully at the groom anytime he was in the lobby area and his back was turned. Sadly, this gentleman seemed to be a manager, as he was wearing a business suit instead of what the employees seemed to be prescribed as uniforms. My only regret is that I didn't stop to find out his name so I could be more specific about who the man was. The wedding reception, entirely the responsibility of the hotel, was absolute chaos. Even though we had assigned seating at our numbered tables, the staff had no idea which guest had ordered which meal. They actively removed plates and glasses guests were still using, even after being told that the guests were still using them. Requests for more water, especially as ours had been whisked away were answered with lip service, but no actual water service. And at a reception that was to last until midnight, the staff came into the room we were in, and while most of the room was dancing, started disappearing with the decorations at 8pm! The cake hadn't even been cut and the wall of white roses behind the couple had been disassembled and hauled out of the room. None of the people in my room were in the wedding, we were merely guests, so I have no idea how the actual party or couple were treated during this event, but I am appalled at my experience. I am a long time customer of Hilton, but this property is atrocious.

Wonderful property and wonderful staff. Great proximity to RDU is a plus. The omelette and the included breakfast buffet is delicious. However, this property is known to constantly have some fun but rowdy events on weekends. The rooms on the higher fliers will be more insulated from the loud crowds. But you are almost guaranteed to have people knocking on your door in the middle of the night looking for someone else. Not the end of the world, and none of it is the fault of the property or it’s staff. Gorgeous property, decor, and very hospitable staff though. Forgot to mention that the staff here have the best attention to detail of any Hilton property, as well as any hotel brand I have personally witnessed in the USA. They take cleanliness to whole other level. It’s seems that they have a specific housekeeper assigned primarily to elevators. The wonderful lady was scrubbing the elevator when I entered, she stopped to greet me, pressed the button for me, then continued to scrub the interior of the elevator, only to stop again and wish me a nice day on my way out. It is very obvious that staff love their jobs, and it also very apparent that they under the leadership of a true Hotelier there. This is very rare to see in USA but it is certainly appreciated. Thank you to the Hotel Staff and their General Manager!

One of the best I have ever stayed in and kudos to the staff. Breakfast included, reception with two drinks, indoor pool with gym and the room was exceptional. The place was super clean and the place is gorgeous. Getting to the hotel was super efficient and getting out too. And there are more than five places walking distance to eat. Magnificent place we will come again to see the town.

Excellent hotel! This is our second time here. The first was during Covid and that last trip would've been more stressful if we didn't see all the extreme steps they took to keep everything clean! We remember they had someone cleaning the elevators constantly! Anyhow- this time was just as good! Everything is always pristine, and they've added these air purifiers in all the rooms too. Service is always top notch and all the employees always have a friendly attitude- must be a great place to work! Breakfast is pretty amazing too! Wish I thought to take a before picture of the beautiful omelets they make to order, but all you get is the almost empty plate! Ha!

Pictures do it no justice, much nicer in person. We really enjoyed our stay here. I'm very big on cleanliness the rooms were perfect. Loved having the Keurig in the room. Kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was very good minus the omelette station running out of products both days we were there. That was the only negative. We would definitely stay here again when in the Raleigh area.
