::Dr. Ransone is not up to date on proper care for intact (uncircumcised) children. No medical assoc. (including the AAP) recommends forced retraction of a child’s intact penis. It is proven to cause harm. She’s not only continuing to instruct parents in this outdated practice but is unwilling to learn updated care techniques. When presented with official paperwork with the correct information she was rude and unwilling to read the information presented—very unprofessional. I am disgusted and upset that she would not want to learn the best way to care for a child because she feels she knows better than American medical associations. We will be switching to a PCM who is current with information and willing to better themselves and their education.

::Wonderful care providers. Mrs Claros and Team . They Listen and truly make you feel your concerns are theirs. Such warmth isn’t always encountered. Truly Professional and courteous. As a veteran and now Registered Nurse I’m well qualified to make this assessment.However the young lady at the front desk could take a lesson from these exceptional individuals. Learn to talk and explain policies ,rules and regulations in a more courteous tone.

::Not satisfied with the overall care. They take for ever to call you back for your results. Also it just seems like some doctor's here just tell you things to rush you out the door. Poor care overall here. I always seem to leave frustrated here. I wish people had the option to be seen permanently off post.

::Not a good exprience here the doctors will tell you that you dont have a medical condition when you actually do. Sadly military care has gone down the hill. Its seems like they would rather refer you out for issues that you dont have then to fix them. I would like to be seen away from the base.

::The best clinic ever! The staff really cares about the patients they serve.. they are attentive to needs and go the extra mile to ensure good quality service. Everyone is friendly and clinic is clean!
