  Do not go here especially if you’re a veteran and read all the reviews and you’ll understand why you shouldn’t go here. It is extremely obvious that the managers here do not train their staff Nor do they run on time even if you’re the first schedule person and they would have no excuse to why they haven’t taking you in on time. All of the negative stuff that has been going on here has been going on for years look below at reviews and the good reviews are probably people that have worked there or know these people so it’s a conflict of interest when you see a good review most of the time. Do not go here they do not run on time even if you’re Scheduled at the opening hour. Their systems go out especially when you see employees walking in after 8:15 AM and then you wonder why you’re waiting still. Do not waste your time or someone else’s time taking you there to come to this place. It is a rundown place that has no professionalism or compassion. The managers are to blame because they’re the ones are supposed to be taking care of everything especially reading reviews on what’s going on in their facility.Managers making the doctors look like they don’t even run the facility they work at correctly. The manager should be ashamed of themselves according to the girl on the phone there’s a handful of them and there are places still run down in the sense of professionalism and compassion and being on time

  I’ve been coming to EP Premier for years mostly for convenience, but this morning I was blown away by the service and attention provided by their new physician, Dr. Wynee Lou, DO. She was very attentive, explained everything with no sense of rush, and very empathetic. THANK YOU!!

  I really love this clinic! But when I found out Vicente Jaquez left I think I'm going to switch doctors! If someone knows were he moved would you guys let me know please! I really don't like this new nurse practitioner 😔

  The doctors are great, but their staff is awful. The ladies at the front desk are only concerned about looking good and socializing amongst themselves. One of them was so lazy, that she even made me call my own insurance! I understand that its a busy office but their customer service is beyond awful. Besides that, the attention from the doctors is great and thorough, you will just have to sit and bear with idiots running the front desk.

  I was a little hesitant when I went in. The office looks old, run down. The lobby was packed full of elderly patients. The front office environment was disorganized and chaotic, with papers laying everywhere and young ladies talking over each other. It seemed like everyone was scrambling and working in a frenzy. I had my doubts that this was going to be the Drs office for me. The ladies at the front desk aren't rude, but they weren't exactly friendly either. But, you're not at a spa, it's a doctor's office. Everyone was working hard, so I didn't take it personally that all the interactions were curt. I had to wait about an hour after my appointment time to be seen, but that's usual at most offices. They have water and a TV in the lobby to keep you occupied. After everything was said and done though, I've literally never had such a thorough, detailed doctor's visit in my life! I went for labwork, and when the results were in, Vicente Jacquez sat with me and explained everything. He went line by line, answering all of my questions, and offering solutions to my health needs. He didn't rush through anything, I didn't feel like just another patient. I am seriously impressed! Don't judge a book by it's cover - this medical office gives great patient care! I'll recommend this place to my friends and family.
