::Best sushi for price in Denver! Always nice and fresh with wonderful service. Great sake deals as well. I love the new location, the atmosphere is very light, fun, and modern. Love it!

::Update: Unfortunately Soko has gone downhill since moving upstairs. Gave it 5 stars about 9 months ago on first visit when it was on the lower level. Latest visit the fish was still pretty good, but the warm, quirky, friendly service and atmosphere was gone and the food preparation/presentation felt like it went down a few notches (the Mango Roll we received was particularly bad - falling apart on the plate and crumbling entirely when we attempted to pick it up). I think you can find better choices in Denver now.

::Beware! Safe food handling not being practiced here! I witnessed a terrible action today. No gloves, no hand washing. Girl today took an order, put her hair in a ponytail right in the middle of preparing bowl. She removed food, cucumber pieces, from the bowl because she served one too many and with her bare hands put the cucumber pieces back into the food line. She finished the bowl. Took cash as payment, gave change and then moved to the next customer with no hand washing or gloves. Bare hands to put her hair in ponytail. Bare hands to remove overage from bowland the handling of money. Uugggh! Raw fish is already a potential riskfor illness without the added lack of sanitation practices. Channel 31, please do a review for Thursday segment.

::We found this little gem on our last day in Denver and were very happy. Delicious Ramen and we saw Trevor Noah pass by from their second story window seats. Great for people/celebrity watching.
