  Excellent value and charm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of five is because the room temperature is difficult to regulate due to radiators. Although that is part of the charm.... If this survey would let me go back I would change it to 5 stars.

  Great price on a large room with 3 beds for a girls weekend. Convenient location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only complaint was a cockroach in the room- but besides that we had a blast!

  Pros: Hotel has gorgeous decor. Staff was amazing.room was clean, and huge. Love the location to downtown city nightlife. (Bowery ballroom within walking distance) Neg: bar downstairs can b heard in room and they washed out something in the street for 2 hrs at 4am. Not sure if that noise is part of the hotel or another business. Due to this it was very hard to sleep. I feel like soundproof materials need to be installed so guests can sleep even if the downstairs club stays open late.
