This hotel was a great steal for the price Paid. It was conveniently located near a train and bus line. The views were beautiful as well. Although the rooms are little small, they are very modern in appearance and make good use of the space. I would definitely stay here again for a weekend getaway.

Rooms are incredibly small but, beds are extremely comfortable and bathroom is nice. It gets the job done however (weekend stay), who comes to New York to stay in their hotel all day? The room was for my best friend and I, while we had to shuffle around it wasn't too bad and offered enough space for getting ready and sleeping. The location is very nice and chill, usually quiet with little noise during weekend night life. VIEWS and morning sun are beautiful. Visit local pizzerias and brunch places like Clinton Street Baking Co. Lastly, it's just a good walk or a short drive away from being on Spring Street for shopping! Overall good experience, wish the rooms were bigger, I may stay here again if it was only for a weekend.

Nice contemporary modern hotel. Friendly staff. Complimentary tea amd coffee. Great location; plenty of bars and eateries in the surrounding area. The room was clean and simple. My only issue was the size of the room. It was just a bed which took up 70% of the room and bathroom. It didn't even have a closet. I kept banging my shin every time I had to walk around the bed to get to the other side of the room. It felt more like a hostel or a dorm than a hotel.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein aber sauber und modern. Aber viel ist man ja sowieso nicht am zimmer.
