  I had a great experience with Lou Bilous. He was kind, funny and took great care of me and got me in a new car I love. He went over everything with me, including all my options. I would definitely come back to him again.

  Great experience! David Sung at Smithtown Toyota made the car buying experience simple. He is very knowledgeable and is able to relate the needs of the customer to the product. He also explained things in terms that a customer can understand. I highly recommend speaking with him if you are in the market to buy a vehicle.

  I just went to this dealership with my brother to get a brand new 2018 Toyota RAV4 on March 14, 2018. The sale rep. David Sung gave us a great care to easy our shopping experience with this dealership. David Sung is very detail oriented and has great knowledge about the cars he is selling. He took us to try a different color and trim models. He was patient enough to answer all our questions and provide suggestions when we confused. Overall, we had a great car shopping experience with him and the dealership (All the people here are very nice !) Besides, the Toyota dealership provide other benefits that others can't match, such as annual auto inspection, free car wash, etc. I highly recommend those potential Toyota car shoppers from long island or surrounding to come here. You would like great people (like David Sung, my sale rep and others.), great selections (tons of cars here), great price (if you know the price you can buy like me). You definitely can get out there in about 2 hours if you well prepared for it. It took us longer due to the facts that we have to test drive, pick different color cars, eat lunch, go to bank, and switch insurance. Thank you again, David. I will come back again soon for another car!

  I leased a Corolla S about six years ago at Smithtown Toyota and had an awesome experience. After deciding to go with a different make for my last least about three years ago, I came back to Smithtown Toyota this time around to finance a new car. I ended up going with a Corolla XSE, and I have to say that the experience was truly exceptional. My salesperson, Sean, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He was also very upfront and honest, and I never felt pressured to do something that I didn't want to do. He was able to get me the exact model in the exact color that I wanted, and I'm so happy with my purchase! It has all of the features I wanted and looks amazing. Ben was also very helpful when it came to showing me the technology and features in the car, and John was more than accommodating in finding a time that fit my schedule to finalize all of the paperwork. Overall, I have to say that I really did have a great experience. Thank you Sean and everyone else at Smithtown Toyota for being so great at what you do!!!

  Trish, at Smithtown Toyota, was a lot of help with getting my dream car while understanding my financial situation. She was patient, and tried her best to find the right deal that would make me happy. She continue to follow up with me after I left the dealership and that was very helpful. She's bubbly and has a good sense of humor. I'd definitely recommend her to family and friends.
