  Great experience. I'd ordered a cake to be delivered for my son's birthday but it got hung up during transit, and wasn't going to make it until 4 days after the birthday! I called Smallcakes and they stepped up to the plate! In less than 24 hours notice, they had a gorgeous arrangement assembled with personal touches. Josh, the owner, personally delivered them to the front door. Can't say enough for that kind of service. Thanks a million, I hope to visit if I ever get to El Paso!!

  Small cakes is amazing! The owner Josh is such an ethical amazing business owner who truly cares about his customers. Every time we go the service is beyond fantastic. I highly recommend small cakes. Thank you for your amazing service Josh!

  I know the owner and he pours his heart and soul into this business. You can also tell he loves what he does and loves his customers! If you live in El Paso you have to try them out. See if they have the Hot Fudge Sundae cupcake..its amazing!!

  My wife and I called to ask questions for prices and were told to specifically come in for a "cake tasting." We went in and were helped by Joshua, who was a helpful and friendly man, but during our "cake tasting" appointment, we kept asking about prices and he would simply tell us to look at the paper and it said it all. Secondly, when we tried to ask about flavors, and all that he said was that we could go to their Instagram or Facebook page and see a description of the flavors or what appealed to us. Lastly, when we told him about the amount of people that were going to attend or wedding, I said that I did not want any cake left over and he continued to try to over sell the amount of cake that we needed just to raise the price. My biggest frustration and disappointment with this experience is that we were told that this was going to be an appointment for a CAKE TASTING. I don't know if we were treated this way because we are a gay couple, or because we are young adults and he thinks that we are unintelligent, but myself and my wife, who is in the United States Air Force, are very intelligent women. I will never return here and will spread the message that this is not the place to go .

  Had my daughter’s sweet 16 cupcakes made here. We ordered 4 dozen 4 different flavors. When we arrived for pick-up our packages were ready. The cakes were moist and beautifully decorated. I will use them again, great service.
