  Jason kills me every time. This location is on the smaller side, which helps create more of a one on one experience with the instructor. Come for a Hardcore class, your obliques will thank you later

  Probably one of the hardest studio workouts out there. Instructors are professional and you will always leave with trembling legs!

  I love this work out and come here all the way from Manhattan. It is one of the best work outs!!! The reason for one start is that I wasn't allowed to take the class because I was 5 minutes late (F train problems)... I did pay for it and class was half empty. Tracy (the owner of the studio) still didn't let me join the class! It was rude and unprofessional. Might not be back there.
