::Wow! What a great CrossFit gym. Everyone goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. You might think it the big city , that personal attention might not be as consistent but they by far were the kindest box I have visited!

::Awesome community and vibe, and in touch owner. Facilities are pretty clean, showers are available as well. It also has a bunch of other classes if you aren't interested in CrossFit such as yoga, short circuit (a HIIT workout) and a few others. Free intro classes on Sundays!

::10/10 5 stars I dropped in from DC. First class is free. Whitney is a great coach, gave pointers the whole time even though I'm not a regular. Her colleague was great as well both were energetic and welcoming. The young lady at the front desk was so kind and patient. I am going back tommorow and Everytime I come back
