  I've gone in a few times and every time they are rude... Screw them, latex beds are better.

  Got the best bed I've ever slept on. Had it about 18 months now. Still love it.

  Be wary of the Sleep Number 100 day warranty. We were told at the store level that we would have 100 days to unconditionally return the bed we purchased if not satisfied. As it turned out, as much as we wanted to love the bed, it unfortunately caused pain instead of comfort. Upon attempting to return it, we were advised that "Bed" only refers to the mattress and not to the other components including the Adjustable Bases. Sleep Number told me they do not make the bases and therefore cannot stand behind them. SERIOUSLY!!! In addition, they make you pay to return everything. How is this any of this an Unconditional Warranty???? Sleep Number...Shame On You!!!!
